Don’t sweat it! Once you start our workouts, you will naturally want to eat better because “you can’t out perform a bad diet”. There are countless numbers of nutritional plans out there, however we generally recommend eating more holistically', “protein and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch, and no sugar”. Eating as close to this as you can will improve performance, mental health, sleep, and better body composition. Once you’re focused on your goal, the better eating will naturally come as we help you with more specifics to your nutritional needs & lifestyle choices.
